The Ottoman Empire To Record With Jason Suecof

Wisconsin based metallers, The Ottoman Empire, issue the following update on their Myspace page:

"Well, you've all gotten a taste of the demo we did this past July at Track Six Studios in Cleveland with producer Don DeBiase (Forever In Terror/Beneath The Sky) and Engineer Brandon Youngs...don't worry, we'll post more of those new songs soon...we did 6 songs in July including an '07 version of "Wrathshot" AND another new song that some of you have heard us play live called "Locked in Torment." Those will be up for your listening pleasure within the next week or so!!"

"Since then, we've been working on even MORE material and we're going to do yet another demo this coming February. This time we're lucky enough to be heading down to Tampa, Florida to record with producer Jason Suecof (Trivium, Chimaira, Sanctity)."

"So, if you're looking to see us live, the House of Rock in Eau Claire will be your last chance before March, because we'll be enjoying the sunny Florida weather this February..."

"We just had producer Don DeBiase out to Wisconsin this past week to do some pre-production on the new material and while he was here we took some video clips of him working with us. They're short, but fun! You can check them out here:"

"Leave your comment on YouTube here."

"Thanks everyone for your support and don't forget... our full-length album, "Way of the Blade" is still available in physical print via our merch page and also on ITunes, Rhapsody and Napster...we're running low and once they're gone...no more discs until new material is out!"

"Thanks to everyone for your tremendous support!!! Stay Metal!
-Mary & OE"
