Octavia Sperati Announce U.K. Shows

Norwegian metal band OCTAVIA SPERATI has announced the following UK dates in November/December:

Nov. 22 - Submarine - Cleethorpes, UK
Nov. 23 - Leopard - Doncaster, UK
Nov. 24 - Legends - Newcastle, UK
Nov. 25 - West Riding - Huddersfield, UK
Nov. 26 - Pressure Point - Brighton, UK
Nov. 28 - 12 Bar - Swindon, UK
Nov. 29 - Sawyers - Kettering, UK
Dec. 01 - Borderline - London, UK *
Dec. 02 - Club Academy - Manchester, UK

* Candlelight Records Xmas 2007 Party with DAM, OCTOBER FILE and ONSLAUGHT

"Grace Submerged" was released on May 10 in Norway and May 21 in the rest of Europe via Candlelight Records.

OCTAVIA SPERATI recorded the new CD with producers Herbrand Larsen (ENSLAVED, ex-AUDREY HORNE) and Arve Isdal (I, ENSLAVED and AUDREY HORNE), who previously worked with the group on their "Winter Enclosure" debut.

Formed in 2000, OCTAVIA SPERATI's current lineup includes singer Silje Wergeland, bassist Trine C. Johansen, guitarists Gyri S. Losnegaard and Bodil Myklebust, keyboardist Tone Midtgaard and drummer Ivar Alver.

I really was move by this band called OCTAVIA Sperati/the four women & one man Doom Gothic band from Norway: their sound is Doom haunting, sensual & icy "warm" very cool & powerful new album and "wish" the band much success in the music journey that is set out for them for their very talented indeed/I like the "Moonlit" video, very icy. Recently, their in one of my Terrorizer magazine with a whole bunch of snow surrounding them...'chilly & beautiful image it is and excellent Interview with the Lead Vocalist Silje & Co. Cheers and have a great & very "successful" Tour, Octavia Sperati you ladies & gentleman kick mega buns. Peace!
