Shadows Fall Announces Two Tour Changes From House Of Blues On Disney Properties

Shadows Fall has announced two date changes on the upcoming Operation Annihilation tour, a co-headlining trek with Static X also featuring 3 Inches of Blood and Divine Heresy. The two dates both concern House of Blues venues positioned on property owned by the Walt Disney company.
The October 20 date to take place at House of Blues in Orlando, FL has been cancelled, and the October 31 date has moved from the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA to the Galaxy Theatre in Santa Ana, CA.
Shadows Fall frontman, Brian Fair, recently posted the following message on the band's MySpace page:
"Well my friends, it is sad to say but it looks like Mickey can't handle the metal. We have been informed that the Disney company has decided to cancel all metal shows taking place at the House Of Blues on Disney property in both Anaheim CA. and Orlando FL. I for one am surprised that Disney isn't down with the metal. After all, what is more metal than freezing the decapitated head of your founder and having secret security death squads lurking beneath the underworld of an amusement park? This is a huge disappointment for us as we have always had amazing sold out shows at both clubs. We will be moving the Anaheim show to the Galaxy in Santa Ana, and cancelling the Orlando date completely. In the meantime try and synch up your copies of Reign In Blood with any animated Disney classic. Maybe the combination with re-animate old Walt from his cryogenic state and have him get metal back in these clubs!!!"
Ticketholders to the Orlando, FL show will be eligible for refunds. Plans are in the works for a new show in Orlando at another location. Stay tuned for details. Tickets for the October 31 Anaheim, CA show will now be honored at the new venue in Santa Ana.

This is just plain bullsh**!!!!! Ok...first off Shadows fall are not that offensive if you want to lump them into the metal genre, I mean come on my girlfrind likes them and she usually listens to country. I think they're a great band and disney....f*** off!!!!
Hey Jooboy, what exactly do you mean by "if you want to lump them into the metal genre"?, you sayin' the Shads ain't metal son? Cuz it really irritates me when people say metalcore bands aren't metal. If you weren't though, sorry for the paranoid accusations I'm not trying to be a d***head. Hit me back on that.
First, don't call me son black widow, I love Shadows fall.... and almost anything that is in the genre of metal, I appreciate everything that comes out that makes my head swing..... I hate how disney is expoiting every metal band, and trying to destroy the genre.

This is completely ridiculous. I know that Disney has the authority to do this but what is is trying to accomplish by doing this? Is it trying to kill metal. There's no way in hell that that will ever happen. It sucks that these narrow minded people have to ruin the metal music scene in those areas. I dont even like disnet movies.
