Weak?? I think not!

That beats anything Metallica has put out over the last, what, 15 years? Maybe more?? Plus it beats out alot of the other bands that are still releasing sh** today.

I can listen to this. A little more crunch would have been nice. The re-recored "A tout le monde is not needed at all. I would rather hear new matieral.

I personally would hate to be a member of Megadeth. Not the band or the music is no good or anything, but simply because it seems impossible for Megadeth to produce ANYTHING without it straightway being compared to Metallica. If I were in Megadeth, that would absolutely SHlT me! It's bad enough for most bands having everything you write compared to earlier work (ie Rust In Peace, or Peace Sells...), but I swear, these guys couldn't walk the streets humming without someone going "Metallica hum heaps better!", or "Man, I wish Megadeth hummed like they did ten years ago! Their humming sucks now!"

As much as I dislike the guy, I almost have to feel sorry for Dave.

Dave could have done a lot worse than this, compared to what Metallica's done since Cliff Burton died. I have to commend Megadeth. I'm not saying thier the best speed metal band on the planet.
but there were at least 3-4 tracks on The System has Failed that sounded like something from the 80s. At least thier not trying to rap or wearing girls jeans.
