DROWNING POOL will release its third album, "Full Circle", on July 24 through the group's new record label, Eleven Seven Music (BUCKCHERRY). The band was reportedly looking at offers from Sanctuary and Century Media, but turned both down in favor of Eleven Seven Music. DROWNING POOL also has taken on a new management company, Tenth Street Entertainment (MÖTLEY CRÜE, BUCKCHERRY), following the group's split with Paul Bassman of Bass Management (DAMAGEPLAN).

DROWNING POOL recently released a new music video in conjunction with the USO for their new track written exclusively for the troops, entitled "Soldiers". The video features live footage from the band's last USO-sponsored trip to Kuwait and Iraq. The USO will also be giving the song away for free through their MySpace page.

In other news, a video clip of DROWNING POOL performing a cover of BILLY IDOL's "Rebel Yell" during a recent concert has been posted online at YouTube.

Great. I still like this band. Loved their first cd, the lyrics on their second were great. And I am a huge fan of Ryan McCombs. I really want to hear what he has to offer with this band.

I like Drowning Pool and Ryan McCombs a lot too. He has a very original but still good voice making him a good singer and keeping himself from being too generic of a Hard Rock singer.
