Rikets Splits With Crash Music Inc.

Ohio's RIKETS has parted ways with Crash Music Inc. less than two months after the label announced the group's addition to its roster. According to the band, RIKETS is once again shopping for a new label home while preparing to enter the studio to record its new album. The CD, tentatively titled "All American Death Cult", will feature guest apprearances by Tom Gerard (who reportedly scored the movie "Lost Boys") on a cover of "Cry Little Sister" and Tom Maxwell of NOTHINGFACE/HELLYEAH fame.

RIKETS' latest album, "Anything for the Devil", was released via Corporate Punishment Records. The CD was produced by Ben Schigel (CHIMAIRA, SWITCHED) and mixed by Logan Mader (MACHINE HEAD, SOULFLY, MEDICATION).
