Carpathian Forest Part With Bassist

Norwegian black metallers CARPATHIAN FOREST have parted ways with bassist Vrangsinn. The band, which has cancelled all its previously announced live activities in the next 5-6 months, is not currently seeking a replacement. Instead, guitarist Tchort and mainman Nattefrost will handle the bass duties while the group continues work on a new album, tentatively titled "Universal Evil", for which half of the material has already been written.

CARPATHIAN FOREST's latest album, "Fuck You All!!!!", entered the national album chart in their home country at position No. 25. The band has since ended its collaboration with Season of Mist and is currently seeking a new label home.
