Cold Frontman's Solo Project Changes Name

COLD frontman Scooter Ward has changed the name of his solo project to WHEN NOVEMBER FALLS from the previously announced THE WITCH. The singer/songwriter will enter the studio on Novemebr 1 to begin recording the project's debut album, tentatively titled "The Series of Emotion". A tentative March 2007 release is expected. In the meantime, you can check out demo versions of the songs "Symphony for a Mad World" and "Let the Rain Begin" at the WHEN NOVEMBER FALLS MySpace page.

COLD's fourth album, "A Different Kind of Pain", was released in August 2005 via Atlantic Records. The band has since parted ways with the label.

Damnit scooter, quit tinkering with the name and get some material out while people still give half a f***. I was a huge fan of cold, but jeez. People have got to be getting impatient by now. This project has been talked about for months. Changing the name of the project after you've spent all this time trying to create a buzz will more than likely put people off. Casual Cold fans will not keep up if you change the project's name after months of hype. More than likely, they'll still be expecting something from "The Witch" come next March. But despite all my critiquing and b****ing, I'll sadly still check this out when it is released. *Sighs*.

Dont listen to them Scooter. Your music sounds DIFFERENT! Which is great. I am tired of all this sucky rock sounding the same. You and the other members of Cold prided yourselves on your own unique style. I will always be your fan brother. I have been with you since the begginging. I will always support your music. I do regret that you and the other guys arent together anymore, but thats life. Its full of new challenges and new begginings. I look forward to your future developements. Your words and music will always mean something to me. God bless you and your career.

RM are you smoking crack again? The last cold album was the best. I love all of their albums but that was the most incredible vocals ive ever heard from scooter! It just wasnt advertised enough and didnt hit for some reason, but then again everyone has their own opinion. I dont care what their new name is as long as it comes out SOON! I never got the chance to see cold in concert so maybe his new project will tour.
