Agalloch have completed work on their sophomore full length, The Mantle

"Oak" metallers Agalloch have officially completed work on their long-awaited second full-length album, The Mantle.

Here's what label home The End Records had to say about the release: "Agalloch here have managed to further build on the layering themes found on Pale Folklore, yet managing to assimilate and utilize unique instruments such as the accordion and trombone to broaden the scope of the musical journey found within. At almost 70 minutes this is an elaborate and multi-dimensional journey into dark folk experimental metal."
