Sol Asunder Announce Details About Upcoming Album
California based melodic death metal band, Sol Asunder, announce details about their upcoming new album entitled ‘Horribly Human’.
Chazz, guitarist, says the album is “derived of some old songs revised in the studio, and some new songs…” Chazz mentions a few guest artists will be on the album “We got Juan Ortega of ‘VILE’ doing guest backing vocals on ‘Hate Fueled Anger’ and Max Seeman of ‘ANOMALOUS’ doing a guitar solo on ‘Redeemer.’ Having Juan on the album was a big thing for us, this being our first full length released, and doing it all ourselves, it really made us feel even more like this is a real project that will be well received. Juan really liked how the album turned out, and was excited to be a part of it. Max has been a long time friend of the band. His band, ANOMALOUS, has influenced Sol Asunder since the band started. We have always wanted to work with him on something, and he was more then willing to shred on Horribly Human.” Chazz talks about the new songs on the record, “the new songs are a matured sound for us…We have been getting a lot more musical with our riffs, which leaves lots of room for Mica [vocals] to make more brutal and fierce.”
