Uncle Bob Drives A Combine Sign with Gilead Media

Although somewhat inactive over the last year, Wisconsin's cult grind band Uncle Bob Drives A Combine will be picking up their overalls and workboots to get down and dirty this reaping season.

After joining forces with Gilead Media, UBDAC have announced intentions to formally release their new record entitled "The Farmer's Almanac." The album will contain six brand new songs alongside the band's entire recorded catalog; "Episode III: The Journey Begins" remastered, the previously floppy-disk only "Birth.Life.Death" EP, and three previously unreleased songs. Bonus goodies are in the plans as well, which may or may not include remixes and live enhanced cd footage. The effort is slated for a later summer release.

You can check out the "Birth.Life.Death" tracks on the band's MySpace page.
