Dark Tranquillity Confirmed For Sweden's Peace & Love Festival

Dark Tranquillity have announced that they will be making an appearance at the Peace & Love Festival in Borlänge, Sweden, which will take place July 4-8. Other bands confirmed for the festival include the Haunted, Soilwork, Burst and Deathstars. For more information, visit visit www.peaceandlove.nu.

Dark Tranquillity recently finished touring North America with Opeth and are currently writing songs for follow-up to 2005's "Character."

I think the Swedes make some of the best metal, better than alot of US metal.
Swedes, Fins, Norweigans... any of those Scandanavian countries.... fish, drink and make bad-ass music.

Check out the band Cipher System for even more great Swedish metal. Sounds musically like Soilwork's "Natural Born Chaos", but lyrically it's not as refined.
