Bury Your Dead's lyrics are so emo, but they scream/growl the lyrics so it sounds hardcore as f***...you don't even realize how emo the words are 'til you read the words...
"I'm tired of crying, I'm tired of sleeping alone..."...See what I mean?
But I like them anyway...So I better get to them again...Last show BYD did, they had blood pour on the stage, and Being the vamp I am, I'd get to the stage, wipe the stage floor with my hand and lick the blood...The frontman saw me and just stared awhile like "WTF"...I stared back, and grinned...Even if I didn't like the music, I'd have come for the blood...I would've expected him to look like "Yeah thats cool you're hardcore" or something....

damn Azazel, you actually licked the blood off the stage? thats some crazy sh*t. now the question is, was it real blood or fake stuff? cause i remember when Slayer would rain down blood during the raining blood song and they told everybody that it was sheeps blood, when it was really just red dye and water. seems like it'd be a health issue to use real blood.

Pops has a few good acts come in every now and then. If you want free tickets to a show, listen to "Double Mayhem" . It's the only metal show on the radio and they usually have the hook up. I think they r on every late Tue. 2-4 a.m. Creepy crawl is another metal venue in St. Louis. I wish Mississippi Nights would bring back the metal. Best venue in St. Louis

Sweet...they're coming to Lubbock...this sh** town gets so few good shows...High on Fire and Goatwhore were just here...now this...maybe we'll get a few more good ones this summer...after that I won't care...cause I'm leaving this redneck mess behind.
