Abacus Recordings Signs Clifton

Salt Lake City metal band Clifton have reportedly signed a deal with Abacus Recordings. The band's debut, titled "We Never Change," is slated to hit stores on June 13th. In the meantime, you can check out some of their material here.

clifton...congratulations, but watch out for abacus. those are some shady motherf***ers. better make sure you have a sure deal before getting themselves in debt. abacus has been known for "signing" artists, getting the artist recorded, and then backing out, leaving the artist with the bill for the album & no contract.
ababcus also has great international distribution deals, but try to d*** the bands out of overseas royalties, when many bands, especially metal, have a better chance of success in overseas markets than domestic.
