Drowning Pool is heading back on the road for some upcoming shows throughout Texas. They start it up on Tuesday, April 4th in Beaumont. Here are the tour dates:

4/4 - Cactus Canyon - Beaumont, TX
4/5 - Club Alazan - Waco, TX
4/6 - Hero's - Killeen, TX
4/7 - Scout Bar - Clear Lake, TX
4/8 - Alamodome - San Antonio, TX
4/22 - Lonestar Amphitheatre - Lubbock, TX

As previously reported, DROWNING POOL recruited former SOIL frontman Ryan McCombs late last year to replace their previous (second) vocalist, Jason "Gong" Jones (now in A.M. CONSPIRACY), who left the band in June 2005. The group are expected to enter the studio this spring to begin recording their third album, tentatively due later in the year.
