Massachusetts' ALL THAT REMAINS have been tapped to play this summer's Sounds of The Underground Europe 2006 tour. Heading back to Europe, the band will join metal and hardcore giants Chimaira, Madball, Unearth, Terror, and Manntis. "We're pretty pumped...we're excited for this tour," frontman Phil Labonte said. "Chimaira’s great, we played a month with them back in the States in August. They're really sweet, fun dudes. That’s what you want, especially when you're traveling to a foreign country: good, kind people always looking to have some fun."
Labonte also admits that Europe brings a different flair to the All That Remains live show. "The Euorpean crowds are a little different [from US crowds]," he continued. "The past two times we've been there, with Killswitch Engage and Trivim, the kids, on average, seem to get a little more excited about shows, so it's kind of refreshing."
All That Remains is currently recording the follow-up to 2004's 'This Darkened Heart' with Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage) and Peter Wichers (ex-Soilwork) at Zing Studios, and the Sounds of the Underground Europe tour are set to be the first live dates for the band upon completion of recording.
