ROB ZOMBIE have set the tentative track listing for his new album, entitled "Educated Horses". The follow-up to 2001's "The Sinister Urge" was recorded at Los Angeles' Chop Shop Studios with co-producer Scott Humphrey and will include 11 tracks — including an acoustic number called "Death of It All", "Seventeen Year Locusts" and the album's first single, "Foxy, Foxy". A March 28 release via Geffen Records is expected.

"Educated Horses" track listing:

01. Sawdust in the Blood
02. American Witch
03. Foxy, Foxy
04. Seventeen Year Locust
05. The Scorpion Sleeps
06. 100 Ways
07. Let It All Bleed Out
08. Death of it All
09. Ride
10. The Devil's Rejects
11. Lords of Salem

"We were just very inspired this time," Zombie told MTV.com. "It's amazing how different things can be when you work with people who are excited and energetic and just so into it, that they just really inspire you to create things."

ZOMBIE's upcoming tour with LACUNA COIL and BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE will be his first outing since last summer's Ozzfest, where he headlined the second stage with a band that also included former MARILYN MANSON guitarist John 5, drummer Tommy Clufetos and bassist Rob "Blasko" Nicholson.

"Before Ozzfest, I didn't have any plans to tour again at all. I was sort of sick of it, truthfully. Everything with my last band started to turn ugly and it wasn't that fun," he explained to MTV.com. "With the new band, I just had such a good time that really, as corny as it sounds, it seemed like the old days — we're having a band, we're playing and it's just fun. Once being in a band turns stressful, you go, 'What the f--- am I doing?' It was really fun, and we came off the tour and started making a record and it just clicked. The record ... we were like, 'These are the best songs ever. It would be stupid not to finish it.' "

Alright, I love Zombie, I'm a devotee for life, doesn't matter if his records suck balls from here on out.
That being said, I must now say this:

What the hell!!! You know why the band became stressful? Because they possess talent that was sitting there festering while Rob was making movies and goddamn comic books. John Tempesta - awesome drummer, Riggs - awesome guitarist who went on to do his own Zombie-esque things with "Scum of The Earth"... maybe it was frustrating because they were angry at Rob for slacking his a$$ off in regards to his making music... both of those guys made Zombie the awesome "solo" artist he became... then with Rob doing all of his other sh**, where are they? Left out in the cold.... I'm surprised Blasko's still there.... it's a shame in more ways than one that the original act has fallen apart.... so much potential wasted, and now probably not to be experienced.
I'm really getting the impression that the man's heart isn't really in the music anymore.... *exasperated sigh*.

In case you didn't know although Im not crazy about his music. He was a little bit busy
for a few years with a couple of movies and some comic books. Even though House Of A 1000 Corpses
sucked IMO The Devils Rejects was really one of the best American Horror/Thriller films that I have
seen in years.

I'm a big Zombie fan, and though I'm a little disappointed at the loss of Riggs and Tempesta, I saw Scum of the Earth in concert, and they f***ING ROCKED! Thus, I really can't complain much about it. I'm excited for Rob's new album though.

I am a self proclaimed super ultra mega zombie fan......(say that ten times fast).
I cannot wait for the next album, it has an interesting new sound compared to his past albums.
I loved White Zombie but I think Rob is much better solo.
Hellbilly Deluxe was just f***ing great but I thought The Sinister Urge was missing something, but I still thought it was awsome.
I dont give a sh** what people say, Rob Zombie is the man!
I cant wait to see this concert, I just wish he was touring with some better bands.
Any Zombie haters out there can go f*** themselves!
Oh yeah and one more thing, John 5 f***ing rules!!!
