Did Rings Of Saturn’s Lucas Mann Steal Riffs From We Are The End?

There’s some new drama surrounding tech-death metal outfit Rings Of Saturn:

We Are the End, a group with which Rings Of Saturn mainman Lucas Mann worked together in 2014, are insinuating that he stole several riffs they composed during that period of time.

The song in question is the new Rings of Saturn single, “The Husk,” which premiered last week. Listen for yourself below. You may skip to 04:48 if you just want to check out the audio comparisons:

Comments We Are The End via social media:

“Everyone please be sure to congratulate Lucas Mann on his new song “THE HUSK” that he stole from us & put on the new Rings of Saturn album.
Lucas you’re a bitch!!!
But it brings us joy to be such an influence.
The song you stole is light years ahead of what we taught you back in 2014 when you & Miles Dimitri Baker were apart of our project. We’re not even mad just disappointed that a musician of your caliber would be so desperate & ruin our gold with your turd video game noise.”
