British death metal legends Carcass has posted a picture online of themselves inside a recording studio, giving the strongest indication yet that they are about to record a new album. This will mark their first since 2013's, "Surgical Steel," which itself was the first Carcass album since the 1996 effort, "Swansong." This will also be their first album with new guitarist Tom Draper (of Pounder and Angel Witch fame,) who replaced Ben Ash earlier this year.

Carcass has already been confirmed to play several festivals in Europe next year, including Hellfest, Graspop Open Air and Download, with more expected to be announced soon.
