Cool news. Although the 4/26 date falls on my oldest daughter's birthday, so that will likely be a no go. :\

Also, Glad to read ya again Oz! Where have you been? We've been missing the S.O.S.'s!

Treat her to a Priest show. Best birthday present anyone could have!

I've still been around. Truth be told I've been burnt out for a while and after over 400 S.O.S. articles, it's been something of a struggle trying to find more bands to cover. That and often receiving no response to the columns made me wonder if anyone was really reading them anymore and I was putting hours, sometimes days of research into something which I wasn't sure anybody cared about. I'm feeling a lot more motivated now however and I promise you S.O.S. is not dead and will be back very soon. It's always been my target to get to 500 columns, which I'll celebrate by covering my namesake. Honestly, your comment has been quite a shot in the arm and I'll be back on Sundays very shortly! Thanks mate.

Glad I could help. Here's a couple bands to check out for SOS. James Murphy's Disincarnate might bring out a short column. Might also look into Wrathchild America who put out two albums and changed their name to Souls at Zero for two more albums and an EP.
