Lyric Video For New Single "Friday The 13th, Pt. 2" Issued By F.K.Ü.

Horror loving Swedish thrashers F.K.Ü. have released the second single from the upcoming "1981" album, conveniently sharing a title with it's release day, "Friday the 13th, Pt.2". The band celebrates by releasing the lyric video, which you can check out in the player below. "1981" drops on November 3rd via Despotz Records.

"1981" was recorded at The Overlook Studio in Gävle, Sweden and is produced by F.K.Ü., recorded by William Blackmon, mixed by Lawrence Mackrory & Daniel Bergstrand at Dugout Productions, and mastered by Lawrence Mackrory at Obey Mastering. The astonishing artwork (shown below) was created by Tom Hodge from The Dude Designs.

As for the track, the band says, "”One of our favorite days of the year is here, Friday the 13th and what better way to celebrate it than to release the second single from our upcoming album '1981'! We give you, the aptly titled 'Friday the 13th, Pt 2.' Twice the terror, twice the thrash!”

“The idea with the album, inspired by Corpse Mania, Night School as well as the timeless classics Halloween II and 'Friday the 13th, Pt 2' is to take the listener back to the old days. Back when you and your friends went to the local video store to rent video cassettes and weren’t able to download your movies from the internet”.
