Til Death Premieres New Song "Never Be Broken"

Today we're stoked to bring you an exclusive first listen to "Never Be Broken," a new song from melodic metal quartet Til Death.

With high octane rock swagger and metal shredding solos, the song is an example of the band’s emotional but powerful songwriting. Taken from the band’s new EP "Photographs" EP, Dalton Jaimes (guitar) revealed that the song almost didn’t make the release:

“While listening to the first mix of the EP, a couple of the tracks seemed to fall short of our expectation. We agreed that either we revamp the tracks completely or write new tracks. ‘Never Be Broken’ fell into place both musically and lyrically and our producer was able to make it really shine.”

On the lyrics Mike Notte (vocals) said, “I was inspired by two films over the course of a year when writing this track. First was Legend which is about the Kray Brothers, the most notorious gangsters in the UK. What I took from there was the idea that even today what society views as the most revered and respected positions are usually just as corrupt as those who are viewed as the most despised. The second film is Split by M Night Shayamalan about someone who developed multiple personalities to protect himself. As someone who has struggled with depression and self-image issues I can definitely empathize. So really the message of the song for me is for society’s weak to topple the elite find your true self and your inner strength and then help the next person.

The "Photographs" EP was produced by Charles Kallaghan Massabo (Falling In Reverse, Davey Suicide) and drops digitally tomorrow (Friday, Sept 15th). Order your own at Bandcamp here and be sure to follow the latest on the band via Facebook.
