Chaos Fest 2005 Ends In Violence
Milwaukee's Chaos Fest 2005 came to an abrupt halt last night as a member of From A Second Story Window was attacked shortly into the band's set. The brawl apparently started when a member of Indiana hardcore band Blood In/Blood Out attacked FASSW's singer. An associate of Lambgoat.com was at the show and provided the following statement:
"The dispute was over a small problem that occurred the night before in Chicago where the singer for FASSW was crowd surfing and knocked out a false ceiling tile in the venue. The member of BIBO that did the attacking was seeking revenge on the FASSW member because he 'caused damage to the last venue in Chicago that does DIY shows.' FASSW's guitar player and cameraman, among others, were severely harmed. FASSW suffered severe equipment damage, their bassist's bass was snapped in half, their triple rectifiers were knocked flat to the ground, and their drums were smashed when a small riot broke out following the initial attack. There is no news yet as to whether or not FASSW will be cancelling any dates because of the incident, although it is likely considering their guitar player was hurt badly and they will have to replace their equipment."

stun gun....p***y....like Garth in waynes world........
At least have the balls to go for someones eyes, throat, groin, shins or gut with your hands and feet...size doesn't matter.....
3rd show (local metal band called the Steps) i ever went too (i was 16) i watched a kid who couldn't have been more than 130 lbs 5ft and some change bring don't a giant red neck of a dude by kicking the guys knee and then tackling the guy and bit into one side of the guys neck repeatedly punched the other side and was using his free arms elbow as a hammer on the guys left side ribs....
To this day I've never seen a such a onesided fight, nothing close......It took myself (i'm 5 to 6 inches taller than the kid and 20-30 lbs heavier) and another regular sized guy and a big guy to pull this "FOURTEEN" year old punk off the hick who was screaming between gurggles.
The big guy bled on the checker floor for 10 minutes before EMS arrived, cops came too, show was scrapped before the 2nd band could play.
I don't think anyone could have predicted that kid to be a headcase....I had a 10 minute conversation with the kid about Motorhead before the hick decided to rough him up.....you just don't know with some people....
My point is....if there even is a point.....is that this can happen regardless of the music genre (hardcore, metal, hip-hop, punk etc.) theres just some people out there who are looking for fights and every now and then theres crazies out there who are waiting for someone to rub them the wrong way so they hospitalize their tormentor.
