Almanac To Record Festival Show, Announces New Album

Almanac - the symphonic metal cavaliers led by ex-Rage guitarist Victor Smolski - unleashed debut album "Tsar" last year, but this emperor has only just started to rise. Now the Almanac crew are climbing onto their horses for their first headline tour ever. This trek started on February, 4th in Roselare, Belgium and there are still some shows in Germany and the Nethlerlands left.

Right after this tour, the band will start the recordings of a second album, which is scheduled to be released in summer 2017. In addition, Almanac is confirmed to play at the Masters of Rock festival, with the show to be recorded and published as bonus DVD on the limited first edition of the upcoming album.

Victor comments: "We are very happy and delighted to announce that we will be playing at this year's edition of 'Masters of Rock 'festival in Czech Republic!!! This show will be a very special one which will include a premiere of new song material from the second Almanac album and which will be recorded for a live DVD. We are also working on some special surprises exclusively for this 'Masters of Rock' festival show!!! Looking forward to seeing y'all there..."
