Swedish/German extreme metallers Arch Enemy have commented on their upcoming appearance at this year's Ozzfest, which is scheduled to kick off July 15 in Boston. Massachusetts. Arch Enemy will be performing on the second stage at the traveling festival alongside Rob Zombie, Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, Mastodon, A Dozen Furies, The Haunted, In Flames, The Black Dahlia Murder, Bury Your Dead, It Dies Today, Soilwork and Trivium.

Stated Arch Enemy guitarist Michael Amott: "We are very much looking forward to being a part of the legendary Ozzfest this year and spending the summer in the U.S....playing our brand of PURE FUCKING METAL and making new friends! Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden (and Arch Enemy!!!) on the same tour — now THAT is awesome...we are happy and honored to be a part of metal history!"
