Rob Zombie has a dropped a series of new still photos from his upcoming crowd funded "31," which follows his bizarro movie "Lords of Salem."

It should surprise no one that it of course stars his wife, and the plot centers around carnival workers kidnapped and held hostage in "Murder World," where they are tasked with surviving the night while be chased down by killer clowns.

New photos can be seen below, and Zombie comments:

"Yet another shot from 31 featuring Father Murder (Malcolm McDowell) and Sister Serpent ( Jane Carr) during a rather calm moment in their secret 31 hideaway. The naughty bits have been censored for your protection, ha ha."

In an odd bit of news, Zombie has announced for his next film project he's leaving horror behind and make a flick about Groucho Marx. Time will tell if that comes together or if it ends up being like when he mentioned he was making a remake of "The Blob" that never happened.

Seems like someone is a fan :) This is looking really bizarre (we dress up in powder wigs and force carnival workers to fight clowns to the death for our amusement?) and I'm worried he's taking it too far off the deep end into weird territory. It would be a shame if we got another incoherent, style over substance movie like The Lords of Salem.
