The Socks Streaming New Song "Electric War"

With the release of a self-titled debut full-length now just two weeks away, French fuzz rock merchants The Socks release another track titled "Electric War." Check it out below, courtesy of Heavyplanet.net.

The Socks comments: "This is the 'speed rock' song of the album. Deep Purple is one of our major influences and when we wrote 'Electric War' we were really thinking about songs like 'Speed King' or 'Fireball.'"

You can also hear the previously posted track "Holy Sons" at this location. Scheduled for release this Spring via Small Stone, "The Socks" was recorded and mixed by Raphaël Cartellier at Studio Cartellier, France and mastered by Christopher Goosman (Early Man, Sasquatch, Dixie Witch, Solace et al) at Baseline Studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
