Fu Manchu Enters The Recording Studio

Southern California heavy rockers Fu Manchu head into the studio this weekend to begin recording an 11th studio album.

This will be the first new album release since 2009's "Signs of Infinite Power" and will be released on the band's own At The Dojo label in May 2014, coinciding with a full month long U.S tour with Europe and the rest of the world to follow, all leading up to the group's 25th anniversary in 2015.

The album is being self produced by Fu Manchu and recorded by Andrew Giacumakis (MOAB) and Jim Monroe (The Adolescents, X). Writing began in summer of 2012 and the band members soon found themselves with enough material for two albums. A hint of what the new songs will sound like was released in October in a collaboration with Scion Motors called "Robotic Invasion."

Further details on the coming release will be forthcoming.
