I listen to a pretty good range of music but my favorites are Amon Amarth, Slipknot, Metallica, 5FDP and I am currently really into Machine Head and Lamb of God.
I like to work out and see how far I can push the intensity. that is really what it is about for me- intensity and looking good. Mosh pits are so much more fun now that i can be the last one standing half the time. that is kind of a reasoning for me to keep training in the gym too.
I am just getting back into playing guitar after a 9 year hiatus. I like to shred and lay down some good blues licks. I also like to play clean with some Pink Floyd influence.
