"Satan's Almighty Penis" has the following statements concerning the new album "Pulsing Feral Spire":

"Insane, infernal, dissonant and un-nerving. Those were our goals. This album is made of nightmares and was designed to irritate and offend. Yet, songwriting was emphasized above all which is why it took so damn long. So many songs were flushed. We just kept vomiting until the right ones spilled out. Lyric-wise, expect perverse tales of Necromancers, Minotaurs - and of course - questions of purpose and universal nihilism.

We are from an elder age of metal, when songs stood apart from one another. When bands did not fear experimentation and exploration into sounds previously untouched. And substance was important, not simply atmosphere, which seems to be the primary metal distraction these days.

To us, this is what black metal is about: Breaking bonds, challenging beliefs, insulting normality - even if that includes the genre of metal itself.

This album proves that we are still digging new graves, while holding true to the underground. It proves we are dynamic and creative individuals with a very sick sense of humor - when did it become uncool to laugh at ourselves?
