I apologize in advance if these don't perfectly fit into the appropriate sub-genres catagories. I have a rough idea of how each sub-genre sounds, but on that same note, I'm far from an expert. :P

Threads like this make me facepalm and ask god why grindcore and hardcore are lumped with metalcore and deathcore. ;_;

I mean, I like some metalcore and 30% of deathcore, but come on.

Just a couple of bands that I haven't seen mentioned in the other posts people might like to check out that sort of fit with the "core"...

Merauder - all of there albums are worth checking out if you can find them

All Out War - again all of there albums are good (my opinion)

Overcast - Fight Ambitions to Kill. That's the best album, good luck fining it. They reunited and rerecorded a lot of the material but its really not as good as the original recordings.

Vision of Disorder - The first and second album, after that its sort of down hill.
