Awesome cbella. Glad you liked it! \m/ There were so many great albums in '12, it was pretty tough narrowing it down to a top 5.

Heavy New Year ( love the expression ;) Ladies and gents!

2012 certainly was a good one, although I have to say I don't feel there were really any new Metal "classics" / "evergreens" etc. Then again, there are plenty of albums on your lists I should listen before mouthing off.

Anyway, some of my favs of 2012:

Ministry - Relapse (not an amazing album nor one of their best, but it's still pure Ministry)
Meshuggah - Koloss ( I was a bit disappointed by this one, but I guess my expectations were too high)
Deftones - Koi No Yokan (not exactly metal, but here it is. Another great Deftones album. Not their best like some critics claim, but still pretty damn good)
Fear Factory - The Industrialist (and I'm alone in praising this one, I know. Ok, it's the same old same old, nothing new here, but if it's good same old, in an Iron Maiden / Judas Priest kinda way)
Testament - Rootsie ( A Solid Testament album. Shame Bostaph wasnt on it)
