indeed... just gotta make sure that we take 6 off you next season, and do you in the cups should we meet.

I think we'll have an idea how well Spurs could do judging from the Champions League final. If Chelsea win, I can see a few big players like Bale and Modric moving away to get Champions League football. If not, I think you'll attract some top players with the opportunity.

I think (and hope) QPR will fair much better next season. Sparky now has the Summer to get things prepared how he'd like, sell players he doesn't want and bring in those he does. I'm sure Zamora and Cisse will stay, and I really hope we can keep hold of Taarabt, as well as sign Taiwo and Diakite on a permanent basis. Be interesting to see who comes in though, we've already been linked to Hoilett and Defoe (again.)

I don't understand what went on, I just know that I was woken at something like 3AM by 3 of my flatmates screaming in either joy or anger.

if chelskum win then they should be clapped and told to enjoy the europa. they didnt do well enough to qualify for the big time this year they shouldnt automatically get in. if they do get in then they should have to go the long way like the scousers did

And spurs stay in champs league

i'll be honest.. if we get fucked out of it im never going to bother with football again.

Plenty of football to look forward to today then! I'm up in Elgin so it'll be Hibs vs Hearts in the Scottish Cup final for me (though I'd rather watch Blackpool vs West Ham in the play off final) then Bayern vs Chelscum later.

last two england games... much disappointment

You're not wrong there. Not terrible performances but they need so much work before the Euros. We'll struggle to get out of the group stages I think.

Jun 4, 2012 7:29 AM ET #758 (permalink)

The Irish should get out of their group, England probably wont.

once we go out i'll be cheering on Germany and Ireland as usual

Eventful start to the tournament to say the least. Shame as I had a bet on Poland to win 1-0. Regardless, I think somone will be happy to see an Arsenal man sent off...

im saying greece takes the cup this year!!

Jun 18, 2012 2:23 PM ET #764 (permalink)

It'd be nice for them if they did. Unfortunately, they have Germany next, who are footballing machines. Time to watch the conclusion of Group C. Shame the Irish are out, let's hope through some major upset the Spanish go out to make things more interesting, and to make Wolf7 happy lol.

Jun 18, 2012 8:14 PM ET #765 (permalink)

im saying greece >; russia 2-1........

Jun 19, 2012 2:01 PM ET #766 (permalink)

less than 45 mins to kick off..

i dont expect much but we are fucking better than the ukraine

Jun 19, 2012 2:06 PM ET #767 (permalink)

Gonna be tough to do it on their turf though with them needing a win. I suspect kickings galore anyway it finishes. Such is my goodwill about allowing friends to come round to watch it though that I'm even allowing TWO Chelsea supporters in my house! I keep my friends close...

Jun 25, 2012 3:48 AM ET #773 (permalink)

England played shit for most of the game, rooney should not have been on the pitch as he was shit all game. Carroll came on and caused some problems..

It looked like they had decided that they couldnt score.

knew we would lose the penalties.

germany Spain final

Jun 25, 2012 6:56 AM ET #774 (permalink)

We weren't terrible, but were outplayed the whole match. I'd have replaced Rooney with Defoe to bring some pace into the match. How come when it went to penalties we didn't get a guy from the crowd to be our keeper like in the Mars bar adverts?

Heartbreak hotel for you chaps eh?
