next year world cup soccer
think usa makes a fair change to go to the next round

holland and england
well what can i say
diamond oz , think england makes it to the finals ?

Now this is the thread for me!

England will qualify no doubt, we've been kicking major ass in the qualifyers, but we still need to shape up a little, our match against Spain proved that. I'd say England has a very good chance of reaching the final, as does Holland, Germany and Spain. Brazil and Argentina I'm not so sure about and don't ever rule out the Italians!

As far as English football goes, I'm praying Queens Park Rangers does better this season.
COME ON YOU R'S!!!

Soccer's the sport where you nap for 2 hrs, then wake up and run like hell from the rioting, shirtless people yeah? :P

When forced to pledge allegiance to an MLS team, I root for the DC United. David Beckham is annoying to hear about because no one over here cares.

As for world soccer? USA I saw kicked the snot out of Spain. That's all I got.

"See them all fighting, they all want revenge
You want to fight, you wanna riot!"

This song is about this sport haha.

well holland did quilfied them self real easy
but there problem as same as england to many good players who can not play together

holland did kick ass first round than
got kicked out by a weak team russia
so they went home
dont think england and holland make it to the end

Truely we did Wilco. It's become a time honoured tradition in Europe and South America to get as violent as you want when it comes to football.

Haha sounds like the local AFL team mentality. *SPORT IS LIFE, SPORT SERIOUS BUSINESS, IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPORT YOU'RE AN EMO* followed by a fight.

Psythe and Die4Dethklok can back me up here.

Hank Hill says, "Soccer was invented by French women so they would have something to do while the men cooked dinner."

Hey, I'm just letting you know. And I did play some soccer as a kid.

England vs Croatia tonight.. And if the look on Capellos face on saturday was anything to go by, anything less than total victory with a clean sheet is nothing.

Oh, and just to let you all know.. Tottenham Hotspurs hell YEAH!!! top of the league before chelsea decided to score more goals than us....

Sep 9, 2009 7:09 AM ET #20 (permalink)

Being a die-hard QPR supporter, I laughed my arse off so hard when I heard Chelsea have been blocked from buying players until 2011! Fuck Chelsea!

I forgot we were playing Croatia tonight. Thanks for that!

Sep 9, 2009 1:52 PM ET #21 (permalink)
