Heart is from Seattle as well and so is Nevermore. I like both of them but absolutely HATE grunge with a purple passion.

AP1: LMAO... Wait... That actually depresses me. You've just made me feel even older. Asshole!

you guys are old! i may have not meade it clear but i was referring to the "seatle sound" that dominated the 90's. mostly called grunge i guess. i soundgarden grunge? anyway heart is pregrunge and is very good.
whats it like getting old? is it fun moshing with a cane or walker? at least when your old you can get away with grabbing 20 year olds asses and they think your cute and not a slimeball.

Agent- you typed that you hated Seatle music AND grunge, so I think that was the source of the confusion.

AP- You don't look a day over 50!

I don't like the countless Creed and Puddle of Mudd type bands it inspired, but I like grunge. Anybody who really believes that grunge killed off metal in the 90's is too easily influenced by VH1.

In what world does Heart get mentioned before Jimi Hendrix when talking about Seattle musicians? Slap yourselves.

And grunge didn't kill metal, Warrant going double-platinum killed metal.

Iggy: Bruno mentioned Jimi in post #45, so he was actually mentioned before Heart. *slaps Iggy* :-)
