This should be very interesting. I'd like to know who thinks who should be singer of which band.

Jason Popson fronting Megadeth. The ultimate goal being to shut Dave's fucking mouth.

Brent Smith or whatever his name is from Shinedown, singing for Pride and Glory. Or Rob Flynn fronting Vio-Lence...haha.

How about King Diamond to Trans Siberian Orchestra?

Oct 1, 2009 9:16 PM ET #7 (permalink)

Cannibal Corpse fronted by.................... the yellow wiggle.

Oct 1, 2009 10:09 PM ET #8 (permalink)

Not Cookie Monster?

Something tells me Jeff (the purple wiggle) could do a death metal voice.

Yeah but he's always asleep... every show would have to start with the rest of the band singing 'Wake Up Jeff' - which would actually be pretty funny hahah :)

I would do that shit in a heartbeat. The group just wasn't the same without Greg. Sam is just...meh.

I would like to see George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher of Cannibal Corpse replacing David Randall Blythe of Lamb Of God. I think that it would be an interesting transition.

Oct 3, 2009 5:23 AM ET #13 (permalink)

no fuck that.....I would love to hear D.Randy Blythe front a song for Trivium....that would be the shit!

Oct 5, 2009 11:34 AM ET #14 (permalink)

George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher fronting DragonForce. THAT would be hilarious.

Oct 5, 2009 11:49 PM ET #15 (permalink)

^that is the greatest idea ever. Seriously.

I've said it on here before, but, Stu Block from Into Eternity fronting Blotted Science, would be the greatest band ever. no lie.

I think "This Darkened Heart" era Phil Labonte fronting Unearth

Oct 8, 2009 11:45 AM ET #17 (permalink)

I'm gonna have to disagree on that one. Phil may be a more diverse vocalist than Trevor Phipps, but Phipp's lyrics and passion are a huge factor in Unearth's goodness.

Remember the rumour that Paul Di'Anno was going to join Anthrax? I'd quite like to hear that personally. It'd give both a shot in the arm. Of course, what I'd really like is for John Bush to go back to Anthrax but keep Armored Saint active.

Oct 8, 2009 2:41 PM ET #19 (permalink)

maybe martin van drunnen hail of bullits
would join cannibal corpse

paul dianno and anthrax that would be cool stuff

Oct 8, 2009 6:11 PM ET #21 (permalink)

Ozzy for Saint Vitus would sound exactly like Internal Void.

Oct 9, 2009 4:49 AM ET #22 (permalink)

Not quite a singer going to a different band seeing hes already been a part of the band but i would have loved for Dan Swano to be at the front of Bloodbath.
