Bolt Thrower has released this bit of news regarding their first trip to the USA in 14 years:
"Due to the fact that we are not real festival lovers or great fans of flying, the chances of us ever coming to the States for a one-off show was always very small. But after years of relentless emails from Ryan we've finally given in. It's hard to believe that it's been 14 years since we last played in the US, so we are very happy to announce that we are finally coming back. Bolt Thrower will be playing Maryland Deathfest VII, on May 22-24, 2009, at Sonar, Baltimore, MD."
A few more bands were exected to be included in this announcement, but the organizers are still working on the details. Therefore, another announcement is expected with even more band confirmations in the near future, as they wrap up the booking process for Maryland Deathfest 2009

Taking his spot in Intronaut is Dave Timnick. According to the band, "Dave is a very talented and proficient musician, we're stoked. In addition to being a great guitar player, he is also a skilled percussionist and has studied tabla with Aloke Dutta. We can't wait to get things going with this revamped lineup!"
Meanwhile, del Muerte has the following to say:
"I had a lot of fun playing and learning new things with Intronaut and got to tour with some great bands and made a lot of new friends. Featuring former members of Cattle Press, Dim Mak, Ripping Corpse, and Hemlock, the sophomore album from TDL, titled "The Killing Plan," will be issued on July 26th. "The Killing Plan" was recorded and produced by Eric Rutan at his Mana Recording Studios in Florida.

The group is currently on a West Coast tour with Rotten Sound and are still writing material for their latest full-length, which will hit streets later this year.
