Cold Colours Issues Year-End Update

Cold Colours has checked in with the following announcement about splitting with its label and starting work on new material:

"We are currently working on new music. We recently parted ways with our label of 5 years - Sleaszy Rider Records. Therefore, rather than working on a new full length - we will instead be looking at other avenues for releasing new music.

"Other than the obvious releasing of online material, we are also going to release a split 7” record with our friends in Amiensus sometime in 2015. Both bands will be contributing brand new songs. We will be continually debuting new material live as well. Stay tuned to our various web avenues for updates.

"We would also like to welcome back Jaden Adair to the Cold Cuts family. J was in CC before in 2008, when we were a VERY different band. Luckily, this will also help bring some 'clean' vocals back to the band. His first show will be January 16 at the Triple Rock when we open for Dark Tranquillity and Insomnium. We would also like to thank Brett Ahlgren for helping us out for the past few months. Anyone looking for a great bass player should hit him up! More...

Cold Colours Streaming New Album Track

Cold Colours, the depressive dark metal entity masterminded by Brian Huebner, has released its fourth full-length album, "Cold Colours," on Sleaszy Rider Records. GunShyAssassin.com is streaming album track "Suffering God." Hear it for yourself at this location. Cold Colours' newest offering is self-titled to symbolize a new beginning of the band. After many years of having band members come and go, which changed the sound of the band each time, Huebner made the decision to take full control and return to the original concept of dark and heavy doom/gothic metal. The band recently teamed with director Kevin Suchy to film the video for album track "This Devotion." Check it out below.

Cold Colours Posts New Song

Minnesota dark metal band Cold Colours has released the track "This Devotion" online, which is from the group's upcoming self-titled CD.

The band's 4th album was recorded at 14:59 Studios in Minneapolis with Will Maravelas and Zach Leteurneau and mastered by the legendary Dan Swanö at Unisound, Sweden. According to a press release, the new album finds Cold Colours "bringing back the dark and doomy roots after many years."
