The infamous New York City street punks from The Casualties have announced a string of West Coast headlining dates.
The run, which begins on December 31st in Las Vegas, NV will continue for a week before ending in Santa Ana, CA on January 4th.

Scion A/V has released exclusive video and audio footage from October 2012's Scion/Season of Mist label showcase at Decibel Magazine here.

New York City street punks The Casualties are finishing off 2012 with a bang with two shows on the East Coast. These shows are in support of latest album "Resistance," which was released earlier this year via Season of Mist.
The first gig is a headline show set for December 22nd in Boston, MA at Paradise Rock Club and will feature support from Burning Streets and Penalty Kill. The second gig is part of the Bouncing Souls 6th Annual "Home For The Holidays" December 28th at The Stone Pony is Asbury Park, NJ.

Gwar shows in Vancouver are always a sell out and there was no doubt that the Commodore Ballroom, located in the middle of Vancouver’s trendy Granville Entertainment District, was packed to full capacity. In a day and age where many shows are being down-sized or cancelled all together Gwar somehow manages to keep the Vancouver bohabs crawling back for more each November. While this time around Gwar had brought with them a few of the weaker openers it has chosen in the last few years once the almighty Antarctican space thrashers took the stage the real show began. Shock thrashers Gwar have revealed that it will be taking part in an exclusive signing session in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The meet n greet is scheduled to take place the day of Gwar's performance in the city, Saturday, December 4 at the CD Plus store located at 1630 Ness Avenue. The signing will run between 3 and 4 P.M, with both Oderus Urungus and Beefcake the Mighty being on hand.
Gwar are currently on tour throughout North American with The Casualties, Infernaeon and Mobile Death Camp.
GWAR is no stranger to New Orleans, they make it here about once a year. Unfortunately one of the opening bands Infenaeon could not make it to this show. They’ve had extremely bad transportation issues throughout this trek across the states and had to miss our town. But I wish them well in the future. Although it wasn’t packed gut-to-butt as usual, there was a great turn-out, and all of the crazy crowd surfers were there. More...
