Happy Days Unveils New Album Artwork

The ironically titled depressive black metal outfit Happy Days today reveals the cover artwork for forthcoming fifth album "Save Yourself." The cover was crafted by Luciferian War Graphics and is available below. Vocalist A. Morbid also comments:

"So I know I have been silent for a long while now due to personal issues being resolved. But despite a lot of major set backs and a ton of sleepless nights contemplating major life decisions, I wanted to let all of our fans know what exactly is going on regarding Happy Days. So I have good news and I have bad news to share. I will start off by giving you the bad news first.

"As of today Karmageddon is no longer in Happy Days. Nothing bad happened nor was it a personal issue. It was a just a simple mutual agreement. In fact I want to personally thank him for his 10+ years of contribution to the band and for all of the help he has given me in order to keep this band going. He has been there since the beginning and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for everything he has done. He will now be able to move on to bigger and better things with his musical career and I fully support him in all of his choices and decisions. I would also like to add that he will be able to focus more time on our side band (Dreams) and I think that will be a huge step up for us as well as give us a ton of time to focus on that side band we have which I'm very excited for. Happy Days To Release New Album

Guitarist Morbid of Florida black metal act Happy Days has issued the following update about the band working on a new album and streaming a re-recording song online:

"Well there are some good new and bad news that's going to be said here. The bad news is that the split will not be happening due to no response from them. I'm pretty sure they are extremely busy working on their album so its understandable. The good news is that the songs that were going to be on the split will be on the upcoming 4th full length. The name of the 4th full length is going to be called 'Cause Of Death:Life.' We'll post the cover art once its complete. It's going to be two CDs long and about 40-70 minutes of material. Its going to be co-op released through Self Mutilation Services and Funeral Industries. More updates on the release date when I get it later.

"Also I have re-recorded the song 'Alone And Cold.' For those who weren't with me from the beginning that song was from the second demo that was released in small doses. I felt that it was a good song that needed to be re-recorded and also a very personal one. Check it out here as soon as you can. Comments are always welcomed whether good or bad I can care less. In the end I'm making this music for myself. Whether you guys understand it or not, it makes no difference to me. Thanks a lot for the support it really means a lot to me and Karmaggedon."
