Poland's Gallileous has checked in with the following announcement about gearing up to record a new album:
"We are happy to announce that we are at the end of writing process of our new 2nd album called 'NECROCOSMOS.' We feel that the music it's going to be once again unique and ground-breaking doom, losing the debris of funeral patch in the past!!! Never the less we'll see soon if that prediction is correct...
"Couple of new titles! Necrocosmos, Fractal Dimension, Necrobus to Acheron, Cosmic Pilgrims and more titles to come!
"At the moment we're looking for studio to book now for February 2012! Doom bless you!"

Poland's Gallileous has issued the following announcement about recording new material:
"After the long writing process we are prepared to next step, recoding an official promo-demo for our 2nd LP 'Necrocosmos,' plus a new version (2011) of 'Et Mors,' (previously recorded in 1994 - demo 'Passio Et Mors'). This new version will be exclusively recorded for Doom Metal Front Zine #7!
"One of the two promo songs chosen from several of new and fresh created is also based on our last ever song just before breaking up the band in 1995. Recording starts in 29.08.11... This time our 'necro-space doom' will take you to a parallel universe."

Polish act Gallileous has issued the following announcement about parting ways with the band's guitarist/vocalist:
"Chris 'Wine' Winkler decided to leave the ranks of Gallileous for reasons of both health and personal. The team, after lengthy discussions, shall be respectful of this difficult and important decision of our vocalist and guitarist forming the core team since 1991. Thank you for joint concerts, guitar riffs, uncompromising voice, and putting on Gallileous for so many years!"

Poland's Gallileous has issued the following announcement about beginning work on a second album:
"Ave friends and maniacs! We have started work on new 2nd Album called 'Necrocosmos!' Work is going surprisingly smooth, as new guitarist Olo arrived with his electric baritone guitar! Yet to be decided whether we play live as 3 or 2 rhythm guitarists, but for now we combine all instruments and conquer space and time, to know the ultimate truth of mystical and metaphysical freedo(o)m of conscious during the afterlife. In some-way song from Concept Split Album: 'Unveiling the signs' starts the trip. 'Zababon' unveils Mass of the Dead, the superstition believes and practice from folklore of southern Poland."

Poland's Gallileous has checked in with the following update about the band's recent and upcoming activity:
"Hello friends and all maniacs! First of all, we’d like to thank to London based band Pantheist for well organized gig in London and Dissolving of Prodigy for another great show played together and great back stage party as well on February this year! And thanks to our friends, Polish Londoners for accommodation, help, hospitality and never ending after party.
"Our trip to London was supported by Tattoo Studio Tattoo Kamuflaz (Support sound and get tattoo), with a bit of lottery to win big tattoo, and the winner is: Maja. Meanwhile we got back to work and at the moment we are about to finish recording of song called 'Zabobon' which is soon to be released on 4 way split concept album 'Unveiling the Signs' RM666 035 CD, themed by superstition contributing work of Gallileous together with great doom metal bands as Pantheist, Dissolving of Prodigy and Wijlen Wij. One more time we must say thanks to Tomas of Redrum666 for getting involved in such a release."
Poland's Gallileous will be contributing a song to an upcoming four way split titled "Unveiling the Signs," which will also includes Pantheist, Wijlen Wij, and Dissolving of Prodigy. Details on the release date have yet to be announced. The track listing will be as follows:
