Isengard Announce New Singer

Swedish power metallers ISENGARD have announced the addition of singer Morgan J. Johansson (ex-CRYSTAL BLUE) to the group's ranks.

Morgan is 36 years old and hails from ?rebro, Sweden. After his CRYSTAL BLUE stint, he did a few tours with different cover bands around Scandinavia.

"Morgan has a ton of experience," stated ISENGARD bassist Ted Lundin. "Even though it's not this kind of music, he will be valuable resource for ISENGARD and it will be VERY interesting working with him."

"I never thought that an AOR singer would suit to our music until I heard Morgan," added guitarist Ronnie Andreson. "He has a voice that can take ISENGARD's music to a whole new level."

ISENGARD, who are currently unsigned, will begin writing new material for their next recording. Several gigs in Sweden are also planned.

Isengard Part Ways With Bassist

Bassist Janne "Goat" Tillman is no longer a member of ISENGARD. After 12 years in the Swedish Power metal band, Goat left for family reason. "Goat was one of the founders of Isengard and will be missed as a great musician and a great band member. After all these years of playing together with Goat it's a great loss for me as the guitar player to find someone else that almost played what I wanted before I even told him, and as a highly skilled composer I sure will miss him but there is a time when you have to let the personal life take the first place in life. Good luck to your future plans and you know that you always will be a part of Isengar", says Ronnie Andréson. Isengard is currently trying out replacements for Goat.
