Ozzy, Slash And More Remember Ronnie Dio
As the tragic news of the death of heavy metal cornerstone Ronnie James Dio is sinking into the hearts of fans, many other musicians in the field of heavy metal and hard rock have posted messages online remembering the man and his music. Some more of which include the likes of Anthrax, Slash and even Dios Black Sabbath predacessor Ozzy Osbourne.

Final Bands Confirmed For Graspop 2010
The organisers of Belgiums biggest metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting, has confirmed the final bands for this years edition of the event. The biggest news is that Soulfly, the band led by former Sepultura frontman Max Cavalera, will be headlining the event on the Saturday. Other bands added to the bill include New York hardcore legends Sick Of It All, former Guns N Roses guitarist Slash, Hatebreed, Revamp, Oceans Of Sadness and Dear Superstar. The festival takes place in the town of Dessel from June 25th-27th.

Slash Announces Australian Tour
SLASH (Guns N’ Roses, Slash’s Snakepit) is set to rock Australia this August with a selection of shows throughout the country. The tour will celebrate Slash’s latest self titled album and his illustrious rock and metal career thus far.
Tickets go on sale Friday 7th, May through respected outlets.

Slash Streaming New Song "Nothing To Say" Online
Slash is currently streaming a new song online titled “Nothing To Say,” which is off the upcoming self-titled album. The track, which features M. Shadows from Avenged Sevenfold on vocal, can be heard at the Slash MySpace page. The album will be out on April 6th and features guest vocalist from Ozzy Osbourne, Chris Cornell, Kid Rock and Myles Kennedy among others.

A trailer for Slash’s new self-titled solo record has been posted online. The album will be out on April 6th and features guest vocalist from Ozzy Osbourne, Chris Cornell, Kid Rock and Myles Kennedy among others.
The first single “By the Sword” features vocals from Andrew Stockdale from Wolfmother and is streaming on MySpace.
