Vampires Everywhere! Releases New Video

Vampires Everywhere! has teamed up with AOL Noisecreep to premiere the music video for lead single, "Drug Of Choice." The track is taken from the band's new album, "Hellbound and Heartless," and was directed by Robby Starbuck [Escape The Fate, Asking Alexandria, Pierce The Veil]. Vocalist Michael Vampire explains:

"In a world that considers the human form imperfect without certain robotic attributes, we must all suffer the fate of being unwanted - unnecessary - and the feeling of being less than human. Every day we wake up and judge ourselves against certain commercial fed stigmas that force our minds to consider eating disorders, self-rejection and even suicide. Some people choose another form of self-gratification that helps them cope with the everyday struggle of being rejected and I feel this song was meant to define that notion. Whether you throw yourselves on others to feel relevant or whore yourselves out to feel instant bliss, we all struggle with being imperfect and trying to fit in.That being said, we will never fit into the so called commercial made model and thus we are all pieces to a puzzle that will never be completed."

Vampires Everywhere! Splits With Bassist

Vampires Everywhere! has issued the following announcement about splitting with the band's bassist:

"It is with great sadness that i have to announce Philip Kross's departure from Vampires Everywhere! Philip did an amazing job contributing to VE! the past year & we will never forget the sacrifices he made for the band.

"We respect Philip greatly & will keep him on all press & album related artwork he already completed with the band, including our upcoming release. Philip decided to pursue other musical related activities & we wish him the best of luck with whatever he decides to do.

"However, Philip will not be on the VE! lineup for the Vans Warped Tour this summer. Filling in on bass will be Adam Vex, he is known for his work in Suffer Well, Aesthetic Perfection, & Imperative Reaction. We are beyond excited to have Vex filling in & we are positive he will bring an amazing stage show to the Warped Tour this summer.

"We love all of our fans so much & we are excited to release Hellbound & Heartless June 19th 2012. Any questions about Philip's departure please feel free to leave your comments at Facebook."

Vampires Everywhere! Returns To Brokencyde Tour

Vampires Everywhere! is scheduled to release the new album "Kiss the Sun Goodbye" on May 17th, and a teaser for the album can be viewed here. The band has been touring alongside crunkcore act Brokencyde on "The Death Race Tour," but Vampires Everywhere! was forced to sit out some recent performance dates due to unspecified reasons. Michael Vampire has now issued the statement regarding the band's return to the tour:

"Hello Evil Ones, I am writing to update all of you on my current situation regarding tour & my health. I have been in the hospital for over a week. During the Death Race Tour, I noticed my arm was swollen which progressed throughout the tour. The day of our Atlanta show, I was feeling horrible and asked the band to drive me to the hospital, which I thought was going to be an in and out experience. It turns out my arm was infected badly & needed immediate surgery. Thus VE! had no choice but to cancel tour dates until I was fully recovered. I am being released from the hospital this week and I am feeling much better! We will catch up with the Death Race Tour in Denver at the Marquee Theatre, which I am very excited for! I appreciate all your support during this horrible experience. I will never forget your evil love! See you all on the last leg of The Death Race Tour and our upcoming 'Horror Nights 2011' tour with Aiden, Eyes Set To Kill, Dr. Acula and Get Scared!"
