Qafas is currently offering the new EP "Al-Ahlaam" (The Dreams) as a free download at this location. The band commented on the new EP:
"Qafas's first EP, 'Al-Ahlaam' (The Dreams) has officially been released by Misty Graveyard on the 21st of November - 2010. 'Al-Ahlaam' was written and recorded from the concept and inspiration of dreams, stemming from musical arrangements to general sound textures and movements."

Bahrain based metal band Qafas has issued the following update about releasing a new EP:
"Qafas is now in the process of recording a new 2010 EP entitled 'Al-Ahlaam' which is Arabic for 'The Dreams,' this record might possibly be released through Thorn Laceration Records, but will remain available for free download before its physical release, as the name suggests, this EP will completely be written inspired by dreams, both musically and conceptually, the track list and all other details are still in pending progress, all will be made visible publicly in given time."
