From: Nijmegen, Netherlands
Last Known Status: Active

Background

The Sin Committee (TSC) is a progressive metal quartet from the Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Their songs share similarities with bands such as Tool, Mastodon and Opeth. While TSC, founded in 2006, recorded its first EP “Wormwood” (2007) by itself, they worked with producer Erwin Hermsen of Toneshed Recording Studio for their new EP “Confess”. Confess, which was released on April 2009, was heralded in the press in their native country Holland as well as overseas. With a strong album in their pocket and lots of positive reviews, the gentlemen of TSC mean business. Their aim is simple: to take the band to the next level and do what they do best: playing energetic live shows.
