The Way Of Purity Announces New Tour Dates
After 2 years of absence from touring, The Way Of Purity will be back on the road in Europe with Cryptopsy, Cattle Decapitation, and Decrepit Birth and will also perform a U.K. headline tour. The group will present new album “Equate” live during April and May with a new and intense live set and performance.
Bass player “without name” stated: ”After the last tour with Gorgoroth we have been struggling to find a new balance in our project as we changed our singer and our sound developed in a more complex entity with computer / synths / effects / spoken parts / intros … Everything needed to be tested really hard to make sure that we will be able to blow the audience away at this time …The set will be continuous, non-stop with real high picks of emotion, I promise. We are ready now.”
Singer Marja Panic also stated: ”We started writing our new album with our Russian friend Stielas Storhett and our producer Jonathan Mazzeo… After this quite big work we felt that we wanted to give the final emotional touch with massive and continuous orchestrations so we asked Marianna Alfieri, known for being guitar player on Kirlian Camera, to work with us at that stage. She made such intense, passionate and incredibly tragic compositions to enhance our ideas.
"Now we are ready to fly to Romania to produce the vocals with Ageru Pamantului, former singer in Negura Bunget. After this last process we will enter Realsound and mathlab Studios in Italy to record the whole project. The Way Of Purity Recruits New Vocalist
Animal rights activism band The Way of Purity has issued the following announcement about splitting with vocalist Tiril Skardal:
"After one and a half years of profitable cooperation with Norwegian artist Tiril Skardal, both The Way Of Purity and the singer decided to part ways. The split has been amicable and it's only due to different goals and directions in respective artistic visions. Our new singer Marja Panic already started working on the new songs and will be part of the creation of TWOP's third album including the promotion of 'Equate' as well."

The Way Of Purity Comments On Upcoming Album
The Way of Purity, which recently cancelled North American tour dates with Negura Bunget, will be releasing the band's second album "Equate" on April 17th. Wormholedeath Records commented:
"There are few bands with a common purpose beyond that of the music they create, who ardently stick to that purpose, thus transcending the vagaries of the often soulless music industry and becoming a genuine force for change. Animal Liberation Front supporters THE WAY OF PURITY are one such band though, and with the North American release of their sophomore album ‘Equate’ on 17 April 2012, via the new non-profit record label Revolution Harmony, they will take one more small step for man and one more giant leap for animal-kind. ‘Equate’ features ten new tracks of brutally blackened and detuned metalcore with synth flourishes, married with empoweringly empathetic lyrics, all trapped in a vicious bass-laden analogue recording. "Due to unforeseen visa issues, The Way Of Purity have been forced to cancel their previously scheduled dates in USA and Canada next month with Negura Bunget.
"We are really sorry and we really want to apologize for this bad new. You all can easily image why our applications have been rejected. Animal rights activists are always blacklisted and labeled as criminals or terrorists… You can easily come to your own conclusion.
"We sincerely apologize to the American and Canadian followers of The Way Of Purity who wanted to witness our message live for the first time. Just a few words to thank the other bands and Archaic North Entertainment. Our war will not end here, it actually got empowered but this shameful event.

Negura Bunget Announces North American Tour
Negura Bunget has issued the following announcement about the upcoming "Transilvanian Legacy" North American tour:

The Way Of Purity Comments On Upcoming Album
The Way of Purity has checked in with the following statement about gearing up to record a second album:
"The promotion of our debut album 'Crosscore' is over. Recordings of new album start next week. On friday we will play at OST Mountain Fest in Romania and the promotion of our debut album will be over. Straight after that we will enter the studio to record our second chapter.
"We got such unbelivable feedback since we started this project and we want to thank you all. Keep fighting for animals and nature with us. Subconsciously you may equate and become fearless."
The band has also previously announced the new album will be titled "Equate," and recordings are set to start on July 25th, 2011. More details on The Way of Purity's upcoming album will be announced as they are released.
The Way Of Purity To Record New Album
The Way of Purity has issued the following update about recording "Equate," the band's second full-length album:
"On July the 25th we will start recording our new album between Europe and USA. Our second chapter will be titled 'Equate' and will feature 11 new songs (2 bonus tracks will be added on the Japanese version). We truly believe that this very long and complex songwriting process has lead us to a new vision of our music, due to both introduction of massive melodic parts and claustrophobic explosions of violence and darkness.
"The extreme mix of DoomCore and New Wave is the key to understand 'Equate' and everyone not looking far will fail. Depressive moods are created to succumb in front of the violence of reaction: every song structure is meant to have this further signification. A big work has been done on lyrics too and our message is becoming even more effective day by day. Number '11' in the cover artwork represents 1 against 1 so animal against human, the album is titled 'Equate.'
"The Anti-Human symbols come from a long study and have been transmitted to us by the powers of nature. We will not issue any further press release until the album will be ready since song titles, artwork, release dates, cooperations will be revealed directly with the first song preview around October. A studio diary will be updated on our facebook and youtube pages. We will be on tour in UK from October the 15th to October the 31st."

The Way Of Purity Signs To Worm Hole Death
Self-described "unconventional doom/grindcore" band The Way Of Purity has signed to Worm Hole Death for the release of their debut album titled "Crosscore." The album is currently being mixed by Chris Donaldson (The Agonist, Cryptopsy) right now.
The band stated: "The Way Of Purity doesn't show off with smart or cool band members. No names, no fancy photos, no effigy, no trendy musical influences and no nationality. No compromise, no way to talk or get to know us - we are the fucking NOTHING.
"Most militant bands in the past reached a superior level of strength through their message and faith. The Way Of Purity is different. The message about God intended as nature (animals and the perfection of their creation) is our faith, but the power for The Way Of Purity is a high level of inspiration, self control, and correction of human errors through the inspiration of the animal perfection.
"We are the hand of God, we're here to bring the animals' message to liars, weak individuals, prostitutes, drug addicts, nymphomaniacs and many more. We are not an organisation, we are just a potential event in every animal's life. The Way Of Purity is inspired by a blind and extremely dark dimension where Christ and Satan, evil and good, are the same. This ultraviolent dimension takes shape in the music. The voices we hear everyday are our nightmares and dreams. These voices asked us to change things, giving us the chance of salvation by becoming the hand of God and finding the real way of purity.
