Outshine Releases New Music Video

Outshine will be releasing new album "Prelude to Descent" with new vocalist Micke Holm this ocming June 7th through Dead Tree Music and Soundpollution Distribution in Sweden, Europe, andthe USA. In anticipation of the new album, check out the band's latest music video for "I Was Nothing" in the player below.

The new album was recorded by Svein Jensen at Grand Recordings (M.A.N, Transport League, Hide The Knives, Sister Sin, Troublemakers, Outshine), produced by Jimmy Norberg and Svein Jensen, and mastered by Göran Finnberg (Meshuggah, The Haunted, In Flames).

Outshine Working On New Album

Sweden's Outshine is currently working on a new album set to be released in spring 2012. The band entered the studio Grand Recordings in Gothenburg, Sweden in August 2011 to start the recording of the currently untitled new album.

The album will be mixed and produced by Svein Jensen (M.A.N., Sister Sin, Hide The Knives, Troublemakers, Devilicious etc) and Jimmy Norberg (Dead Tree Music, Outshine) and will be released by Dead Tree Music. A video teaser for the album, released in conjunction with Affliction Clothing, can be viewed below.

Outshine Releases New Music Video

Outshine has released their brand new video for "Love for the Music," shot by 11 Frames in Gothenburg, Sweden in October 2009. The song is featured on the new album "Until We Are Dead."

With vocals drawing comparison to icons as Billy Idol and Vince Neil, OUTSHINE, with a melancholy and dark approach to their music, is heading in a darker and heavier direction, with influences from the darkest metal to melodic rock.
