"In response to the recent (and not so recent) attacks on Abalam by so called ‘Christian’ groups/individuals. To those we have chosen not to answer direct we would say this. We are happy to have provoked a reaction from you! The Black Metal hordes are vast and grow by each breath with eternal strength. The ways of Old are returning. We shall not be stopped by your threats. All Hails to our Heathen Brothers and Sisters. Ave Satanas!"

Bahn however asks that each individual makes a small donation to a charity of their own choice. Bahn particularly supports 'Cancer Care' charities. Bahn said 'The album represents all that is vile and fucked up in this shit laden world.'
"The album will be re issued in December. In the meantime Abalam is set for change. Full band status is now set and 'live' dates for 2011 are already being planned. As a footnote. The 'religious zealots/fundamentalists' who have chosen to attack Abalam throughout, and particularly recently, Bahn has this message: 'Your views are of no consequence to either Abalam or the hordes that oppose you and your pathetic organizations. Your hatred towards us is very amusing as we have succeeded in gaining a reaction from you. Our message is this. We are strong and we are many. Fuck you all and fuck your religions.'"

U.K. black metallers Abalam have issued the following update about seeking fan submissions for their upcoming album:
"We are at present putting together a 'spoken word' track for the album. The track will be very atmospheric and requires multiple voices to attain the 'feel' that we're looking for. Rather than do it 'electronically,' which goes against our way of thinking, we would like to have as many people involved as possible.
"What we require is that you record a passage written by yourself themed about your life, beliefs, (anti) religion, your inner demons, fears and passion, sex, death, in whichever language you wish.
"You will need to send us the track in mp3 format. Maximum length would be around 3 minutes. You don't need to be in a band (although of course we are very happy to receive work from our fellow artists). Everyone that 'appears' on the track will be credited. We believe that this could be a very exciting exercise. If you would be interested and have the time to help then please send us a message for further details. Thank you."
U.K. black metallers Abalam have checked in with the following update about the band's activity:
"We are ALL Cursed....... So once again we find ourselves at the beginning of another ‘new’ beginning! I thank wholeheartedly those who have sent darkened greetings and good wishes whilst enquiring as to the release of Thy Eternal Sin, your words are as ever gratefully received.
"So, where do we stand? I did not feel that many of the tracks we chose for the album were strong enough, there was much passion but I did not feel that they showed a true representation of what Abalam is all about. Therefore we have re thought the whole thing through and I believe that the tracks that we are now recording DO give a true representation of Abalam.
"From your messages I know that many of you will be pleased that we have decided to leave both ‘Serenade of Dead Eyes’ and’Tourniquet’ on the album, at the moment we have up at the site ‘The Curse Of Galathriel’ which is also to be on the record. I wholeheartedly apologize to anyone that we have let down (promoters in particular). We have once again changed personnel with HEXX now coming in as permanent ‘live’ drummer. The Stitcher as ever remains steadfast and we both intend to write together for future songs. More...
