Descension: The act of going downward; descent; falling or sinking; declension; degradation into darkness. Ascension: To ascent to a higher plane of existence. According to theories there are 7 planes on the path of human evolution. Ascention is the process you go through when you die, but only if you are far enough evolved. When you are ascended, you exist as pure energy, that can take several forms."
